These Terms of Purchase apply to your purchase of any product offered by The LIFE Pact™, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, kits, courses, and any other current or future digital product released under The LIFE Pact™ brand (each, a "Product"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms for that Product.
What You Are Purchasing
By completing this purchase you are acquiring a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use one digital copy of the Product for your personal, non-commercial use. Your purchase grants you access to the Product for as long as it remains available through The LIFE Pact™, unless a different access period is specified at the time of purchase (for example, with a course, subscription, or time-limited offer).
Delivery
Your Product will be delivered digitally immediately upon confirmation of payment, to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support. For delivery issues, contact us at support@thelifepact.com.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Immediate access to proprietary insights, actionable frameworks, and guidance means you can benefit from the material right away. Because our content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase.
